The Colt Cup celebrated its 11th Anniversary this year with a field of 25 teams. Once again competitors travelled from across the globe to participate in a celebration of golf at Stoke Park Club.

The weekend's events kicked off with a Colt - Mackenzie challenge match. Last year's winners - Beaconsfield, represented the Colt team with the Mackenzie team being represented by Sand Moor Golf Club. The Colt Team, Beaconsfield dominated this match and came out on top to take the trophy.

The Colt Cup format is a three-man team playing 27 holes stableford. The best two stableford scores from each of the three counts for each of the nine holes played.

The leaderboard was shaping up quite nicely at lunchtime with Trevose on 71 points closely followed by Blackmoor with 69 points. Stoke Park had a late charge for the trophy in the afternoon with an impressive 37 points but unfortunately it wasn't quite good enough to catch this years winners from Blackmoor with a total score of 104 points.

Runners up were Trevose with 103 points with third place going to Stoke Park Club. This year's overseas winners were Kennemer Golf Club.
